Rallly

Finding a time that works for six people normally costs a dozen emails. Rallly replaces that with a poll: propose a few dates and times, share one link, and let participants mark when they are free.

Voting needs no account. Someone opens the link and fills in their availability, the organizer watches responses land in a single grid, then finalizes the winning option and notifies everyone at once.

The flow is deliberately small, and a few touches make it work in practice.

• Availability grid: every response sits in one view, so the best slot is visible at a glance.
• Comments: participants discuss details on the poll itself instead of in a separate thread.
• Notifications: the organizer is alerted as votes come in.
• Localization: more than ten community-translated languages are available through Crowdin.

Rallly is built with Next.js, Prisma, tRPC and Tailwind CSS, and ships as a Docker image for anyone who would rather keep poll data on their own server. Configuration options for self-hosted instances are documented separately. A hosted version runs at the project's own site for people who do not want to operate anything, which makes it an easy replacement for a scheduling poll service you no longer trust.
