Mixpost

Mixpost is a social media management platform you host yourself, built to compose content, schedule it, measure how it performed and coordinate a team around all three. This repository holds Mixpost Lite, the free edition of a product that also sells Pro and Enterprise tiers.

It is distributed as a Laravel package on Packagist and installed into a Laravel application. Contributions follow the PSR-12 coding standard, and the Lite edition is released under the MIT license.

The feature set is aimed at people running several accounts at once.

• Account management: every connected social account is administered from one place rather than a row of browser tabs.
• Queue and calendar: a posting schedule is built once and then visualized on a calendar.
• Post versions: content is tailored per network, with automated follow-up comments on posts that perform well.
• Media library: images, GIFs and videos are stored for reuse, with stock image sources wired in.
• Workspaces: teams get shared spaces for discussing ideas, assigning tasks and watching performance.
• Templates and variables: reusable templates, dynamic text and hashtag groups cut the repetitive typing.

Analytics are reported per platform and limited to whatever each network's API shares, which the project keeps current as those APIs change. Mixpost suits bloggers, solo founders, marketing agencies and in-house teams who would rather pay for a server than a seat.
