Hi.Events
Self-hosted ticketing and event management platform for conferences, festivals and club nights, keeping branding, checkout and attendee data on your infrastructure.
Open Source Alternative to:

Hi.Events sells tickets for conferences, concerts, workshops and festivals without charging per ticket or holding the attendee list hostage. Organizers self-host or use the maintainers' cloud, and either way the branding, checkout, data and infrastructure remain theirs.
The stack is Laravel 13 on PHP 8.3 or newer, a server-rendered React 19 front end, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis and Docker. A documented REST API ships with it, and one environment variable serves interactive OpenAPI documentation from your own instance.
The feature set spans the whole life of an event.
- Ticketing and sales: free, paid, donation and tiered tickets, recurring and multi-date events, sold-out waitlists, promo codes, product add-ons, and tax, fee and capacity management.
- Branding: a homepage designer for cover image, colors and typography, a branded organizer page, customizable PDF tickets, an embeddable widget and SEO controls.
- Attendee management: custom checkout questions, search and filtering, CSV and XLSX export, full and partial refunds, bulk messaging, and QR check-in with scan logs.
- Analytics: a sales dashboard, affiliate tracking, reports on daily sales, products, promo codes, revenue and tax, plus outgoing webhooks.
- Operations: multi-user roles, Stripe Connect and offline payments, automatic invoicing, online and in-person events, and interface translations in more than a dozen languages.
Standing one up is a Docker Compose file plus two generated keys, or a one-click deploy on DigitalOcean, Render, Railway or Zeabur. The license is AGPL-3.0 with an added term requiring a Powered by Hi.Events attribution on generated pages and emails; commercial licenses are sold for white-labeled deployments that need it removed.
