Chobble Tickets

Chobble Tickets runs a reservation system on Bunny Edge Scripting or any Deno environment, storing bookings in libsql with all personally identifiable information encrypted at rest. This is not open core: every feature is available under AGPL-3.0, with no proprietary add-ons held back for a paid tier.

Deployment is a fork connected to Bunny and pushed through GitHub Actions, so upstream changes and your own customizations stay separable. Four secrets cover the database, an AES-256 encryption key and a maintenance key, the schema migrates itself on first request, and a setup page sets the admin password and currency.

Feature coverage runs from the listing page to the door.

• Listings: fixed-capacity and per-date listings, groups, deadlines, terms, QR codes, iframe embedding and multi-listing bookings in one checkout.
• Payments: Stripe, Square and SumUp behind a provider interface, with pay-what-you-want pricing, deposits, self-service balance links and automatic refunds when capacity is exceeded.
• Check-in: every ticket gets a token URL and QR code, with a built-in scanner, cross-listing warnings and identity checks for non-transferable tickets.
• Wallet passes: Apple Wallet files with automatic updates, and signed Google Wallet save links.
• Admin: graded roles, attendee editing and merging, CSV export, activity logs, blackout dates and session management.

It is developed by Chobble CIC, a community interest company whose assets are locked to the community and cannot be sold off, and hosted instances are offered cheaply for organizers who would rather not deploy it themselves.
