Easy!Appointments
Self-hosted appointment scheduling system for any business, handling providers, services, working plans and bookings with Google Calendar synchronization built in.
Open Source Alternative to:

Businesses that take bookings usually rent a scheduling service and hand over their customer list with it. Easy!Appointments puts the booking page and the calendar behind it on your own server, and adapts to the workflow you already have rather than the other way around.
It integrates with an existing website and database, so it slots into infrastructure a business already runs instead of replacing it. Use is free for personal and commercial purposes alike, with a premium tier selling further capabilities and professional services on top.
The feature set covers a standard booking operation.
- Appointments and customers: manage bookings and the customer records attached to them.
- Services and providers: organize what is offered and who delivers it.
- Working plans: define availability and the rules that govern what can be booked.
- Google Calendar sync: keep provider calendars aligned with the world outside the app.
- Email notifications: automatic messages around each booking.
- Multi-language interface: translations for teams and customers who do not share a language.
Production installation wants Apache or Nginx, PHP 8.2 or newer, and a MySQL database. You create a database, upload the folder, make the storage directory writable, rename and edit the sample config file, then finish in a browser-based setup wizard. Development uses the bundled Docker Compose environment on Linux, macOS or Windows with WSL, installing dependencies with npm and Composer inside the container.
