Formbricks

Feedback can be collected at any point in a user's journey with Formbricks, a survey and experience management platform. In-app, website, link and email surveys all come from the same tool, so a product team no longer needs one vendor for onboarding questions and another for a satisfaction email.

Surveys are assembled in a no-code editor with a range of question types and a library of best-practice templates. Targeting decides which user groups see a survey without any change to application code, and the results land in prebuilt analysis views or in whatever you choose to build on top.

The platform is meant to be extended as much as it is used.

• Integrations: Slack, Notion, Zapier and n8n among others.
• Familiar stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, Auth.js and Zod, tested with Vitest.
• Self-hosting: Docker images run the whole platform on infrastructure you control.

The core is licensed under AGPLv3, is fully functional on its own, and may be used free for personal and commercial work as long as modifications are published under the same terms. Enterprise modules in the repository carry a separate license and need a key to unlock, and a hosted cloud version with a free plan suits anyone who would rather not operate it.
